Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days of the Pro plan, no credit card required. Your data stays if you downgrade to Free at the end of the trial; only the plan limits apply.
How does payment work?
We accept GCash. After you pick a plan, enter your GCash reference number and sender name. A platform admin verifies receipt (usually within a business day) and your subscription activates automatically.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time from the Subscription page — changes take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
We warn you at 80% of the monthly quota and block new patient registrations or test orders when you hit 100%. Existing records remain fully usable. Upgrade to lift the limit instantly.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans are non-refundable but cancellable any time. For yearly plans, pro-rated refunds are available within the first 30 days. See the Terms of Service.
Is my data safe?
Tenant data is isolated by a per-row tenant_id; TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, Argon2id password hashing. Full details in the Security Overview and DPA.
Can I export my data?
Yes — at any time, on any plan. Patient and result exports are available as CSV and PDF from the reports module. On cancellation we keep your data for 30 days to allow export, then permanently delete it.
Do you issue BIR-compliant receipts?
Yes. After each verified GCash payment you receive an Official Receipt with our TIN for your BIR books.
